What a big con
What a big con. I bought my partner an engagement ring, paying £440 for it, and this ring has to be the cheapest ring I have seen in my life. The picture you see is not what you get. Very cheaply made, also very thin. I got my partner's name engraved into the ring, and you have to use a magnifying glass to see it. I have emailed this company over the last couple of days with no response as I want to send it back but have not had anything back after saying you will receive an email within 24 hours. I am very disappointed with the whole outcome of this site and it will never be used again. I also waited 3 weeks for it to arrive; this ring is something I could get from my local jewelry store for £150/£200. Big con avioid at all cost. I have emailed the company many times, also customer services. It's a shame I can't show people a picture of how shocking the ring is
