I’ve had multiple issues with this platform, and I’m sharing this so others don’t get scammed or go through the same stress. I purchased something and the transaction went wrong. The site confirmed I would receive a refund — it was clearly stated on the order page. But it’s been days and still nothing. No refund. No update. No reply to my emails despite multiple attempts. → They acknowledged the issue and promised a refund — then completely ghosted me. In another case, the order didn’t even go through, and yet I was charged. Guess what? No refund either, and again no support. Worst of all, I had a seller steal back the account I purchased. I showed full evidence, yet ZeusX sided with the seller who only had one screenshot 🤡 → So yeah, don’t expect “buyer protection” — it’s a lie. Customer service? They reply every 5 days if you're lucky. No live chat. No urgency. No responsibility. At this point, I had no choice but to contact my bank and request a chargeback — it’s the only way I could try getting my money back. 🔴 Please do not trust this website, especially when things go wrong. If you ever get scammed, skip support and go directly to your bank. Also, don’t fall for their standard reply: “We’re terribly sorry. Please contact support.” I’ve done that. They don’t help. 🚨 Avoid this platform at all costs. It’s not worth your money, time, or mental health.
