To date, my experience has been acceptable. The dress arrived but was not the size I thought i had ordered. Customer service has been sensitive to my dilemma and is sending out a new dress in the correct size without charge. I am grateful for their timely responses. I has not yet arrived, so I will reserve final comment u til it does, but for the price, the smaller one I received would have worked just fine. Fingers crossed the new size is a winner too.
