Absolute Disaster. Do Not Waste Your Time with CJDropshipping.
I’m a co-owner of a business that’s been hustling day and night to build something real and let me just say this: CJDropshipping is a g*ddamn joke. No, actually, it’s a f*ing dumpster fire dressed up as a “service provider.” If you value your business, your reputation, and your sanity, stay as far away from CJDropshipping as possible. I don’t even know where to begin with how badly they’ve screwed us over. First off, their shipping is beyond slow. Orders sit in limbo for days, sometimes over a week, with absolutely no updates. When they finally ship? They often forget items, sending us incomplete orders with no explanation. Half an order shows up, and you’re left scrambling to figure out what happened. And when you try to contact support? Good luck. It’s a never-ending cycle of "we’ll check" that leads to NOTHING. To make things worse, their inventory system is a complete disaster. Items that are listed as "in stock" are suddenly out of stock days after placing an order. This is basic stuff, yet they can’t seem to get it right. Even their support team are absolute useless. I’ve never seen a more incompetent group of so-called "agents" in my life. Don’t be fooled by their glowing ratings. I’m convinced they’ve inflated their reviews. If you want to lose customers, burn through your time, and damage your reputation by all means, continue working with them.
