Dishonest and unprofessional
This shows I was threatened to delete my review in order to receive a refund they promised me. That is unethical to lie about a situation if it's not true. I still have not received my refund of $167.73. I feel this is dishonest and not professional. "As part of our agreement and in good faith, please confirm whether both reviews have been removed, and then I will inform the refund team to issue the $167.73."
