🚫 WARNING: Easybook scam-like behavior I booked a 6:45 AM bus from Singapore to Melaka via Easybook. The bus NEVER showed up. The driver disappeared. I waited for over 2 hours without support. I had to buy new last-minute tickets and lost time, money, and plans. I contacted Easybook immediately. They ignored me for hours, then told me to wait 21 working days because “they are just a platform.” No apology, no help, no refund. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Avoid Easybook if you value your money and time.
