FRAUD! I purchased Football manager 2026 on Xsolla following the FM26 official site instruction for Epic Games. The redeem code did not work! I reached out to their customer service and they didn't take responsibility, asking me to check with the game publisher! after wasting 2 days back and forth, epic games confirms that the code i received is not on their system, and i had to go back to xsolla again! This time, the customer service asked me to screen cap bank transaction proof and would give me a new code. after half an hour of back and forth, she sent me the code i had, what the F. 2 days after I paid for the game, I am still WASTING time with customer service of XSOLLA, EPIC GAMES, SEGA. What a SHXT show.
