Unresolved Complain Againts MaxWin
Dear Trustpilot Team, I am writing to follow up on my earlier complaint and review regarding the platform Maxwinmy.com. Despite the company’s public reply claiming they would investigate my case, no resolution has been provided to date, and my winnings remain uncredited. My account was suddenly suspended immediately after I attempted a large amount withdrawal. Their representatives claimed “abnormal activity” but have refused to provide any proof, report, or evidence, stating that the “checking process is confidential.” It has now been several days since my original report, and there has been no further communication, refund, or explanation from the company. I respectfully request that Trustpilot review this matter, as the platform’s public responses appear inconsistent with their private communications, potentially misleading other users into believing that the issue was resolved when it was not. Kindly investigate this business profile and take appropriate action to ensure fair transparency for all reviewers and protect future users. Thank you for your attention and support.
