Charged without confirmation – be careful！！
I just wanted to upgrade to the Pro plan, but the platform ended up charging me for a full yearly subscription — without showing any price, confirmation screen, or even asking me to approve the payment. To make it worse, they used a credit card I had previously used, even though I never agreed to save my payment info. I contacted support right away, but they refused to refund. They only offered extra credits, which I didn’t want. The whole process feels shady and careless. Be careful if you’re thinking of using this platform.
