refund denied without any explanation
I tried to use this software to transfer my WhatsApp chats from iPhone to Android. The software failed because my iPhone is MDM locked by my company, and I cannot change it. I tried to ask for a refund immediately after I bought the software but Wondershare said the refund was denied without providing any explanation. I even uploaded a picture to show the MDM lock message. I contacted the company 2 more times, but Wonershare kept saying it was denied without any reason.
