I ordered a battery management device so I could determine the state of charge but the instructions were useless.If you has a master's degree in electerical engineering you could probably figure out how to connect it to the battery. Included wires were the thinnest Ive ever seen and the instructions called for connecting a wire that wasn't included. I contacted the company and after many back and forth emails and being told I was responsible to pay shipping I did everything they instructed me to do within the time they insisted. I sent pictures, mailed the item back and was told to leave a great review. I said I'd do that after I got my refund. They refunded me only 2/3 of what I paid with no explanation. When I contaced the company they said their return policy changed by they hadn't posted it. At the time I purchased it and after I received my partial refund it had still not been posted on their website. I'll never buy anything for a company that has a horrible customer service.
