⭐ 1 Star — Permanently Suspended Without a Fair Chance
I was a seller on ZeusX and successfully completed 100+ orders before my account was permanently suspended. The reason for my suspension was that I accidentally confirmed an order before sending the account details to the buyer. After confirming the order, I sent the buyer the account information. The buyer received the details, and there was no intention to scam or deceive anyone. I understand that I made a mistake by confirming the order too early, but I don't believe a permanent suspension was a fair response, especially considering my previous history of successfully completing 100+ orders on the platform. I have contacted ZeusX support multiple times and requested that they review my case and give me another chance. Unfortunately, every time I receive the same response that the decision is final, without any meaningful review or consideration of my previous seller history. I understand platforms need rules, but permanently banning a seller over an accidental confirmation mistake, particularly when the buyer ultimately received the account details, feels extremely harsh.
