Failure to communicate
I am puzzled by the positive reviews from this company. We booked a turtle rescue experience in Bali 2nd July. Neither the host or the website directly were contactable at any time. Multiple messages did not get any response, despite the automated "thank you, we will contact you within 24 hours". Would never use this service again. Such a shame to miss what was advertised as a worthwhile experience, and seemingly no refund available despite not actually cancelling the booking. It was made clear there were no refunds, which is acceptable, but to have no further communication with a customer is completely unacceptable.
