Keyboard and refund
I ordered a keyboard but found out, that it doesnt have german layout afterwards. They proceeded with the refund in a timely manner and were very responsive via email. Also, the keyboard itself was great - was sad I couldn't keep it. Thats maybe the only recommended change: please get keyboards with german layout, too! Would buy it immediately again
