I got a response to my help request very quickly, asking for additional information. After supplying the information, the follow-up response was even faster, and allowed me to solve my issue. The help folks followed up twice more making sure that all my problems had been solved, and supplied me with even more background on what the underlying issue was. This is stellar help.
