Very poor quality, look elsewhere
I ordered a mother of the bride dress and thought it looked okay when it arrived. I only learned of the poor assembly of the dress when wearing it at the wedding. It was assembled incorrectly in part of it, and only loosely tacked together where the bodice meets the skirt. The dress was literally falling apart as the day went on. My request for a refund received their “canned response.” Unfortunately I went by the reviews on their web page, which I have now learned are all fake, as I cannot add one. I am surprised they have a 4 rating on Trust Pilot. There are reputable dress makers. Save yourself the trouble, and search for a company that stands behind their work. This one seems to hope you don’t “meet their requirements for refunds,” so they can politely apologize and leave you at a loss. Next time I will look for a “made in the USA” label!
