The company does not honor the one year warranty. After given proof of how the battery suddenly stop charging and working normally, CS just replied that as the battery has been used for 10 months, they offer you 50% off from the purchase of another new battery. I wish they remove the warranty period clause as this is misleading. Very disappointing as I was about to give a good review due to CS's fast response and supposedly company's trustworthiness to honor the warranty but in the end, just another typical company's choice of dollars ($SGD58 only) over integrity and reputation.
