I purchased G-Coin from this website
I purchased G-Coin from this website, but I didn’t receive any code even after an hour. So, I contacted customer support, and they told me to contact my local bank by myself, then closed the chat without giving me any clear information about my order. They only said that the order failed. After that, I contacted my local bank, and they confirmed that the transaction was successful. However, they also told me that they cannot process a refund on their end and that I need to contact the website to cancel the order and request a refund. If the website refuses to refund, the bank cannot do anything further. So now, I’m left without the product I paid for and no clear way to get my money back. Very disappointing experience. EDIT : Before I even received a reply from this website, I had already emailed them to request a refund for my order. But they kept saying “I can’t do anything” and ignored the problem. I contacted 2C2P Thailand and they confirmed that the transaction was successful — so the website is the only one who can refund me. After I sent TOPUPLIVE another email, they told me to wait 1–2 business days, which is completely different from what they said in their previous reply (waiting for only 15 minutes). Very unprofessional.
