Appalling Customer Service
Really poor customer service at some branches of Sports Direct in our local area, so becareful as to where you go. Avoid the Keighley branch as we were told that 'it wasn't their problem' that my son had been given trainers both for the left foot (from another branch) and 'there was nothing that they could do.' We were made to feel inferior and in the wrong for raising the issue, which is laughable and totally unacceptable from such a large company.
