Please please please lower their score. I had been waiting three months for a 7,000 payout with the same daily response- compliance team was waiting for the game company to review. Than thy blocked me from even being able to get on the chat. Out of 49 emails not one was responded to. Out of 3 months of almost daily requests to speak with a supervisor none was ever available. Now… I reverted the request and requested for a payout less than half the amount thinking perhaps than they’d at least pay something out- nothing and I am once again blocked from contacting the live chat… not that they were at all helpful. DO NOT USE. U will deposit a ton of money and if and when u win you’ll get nothing. They r a scam!!! Unlicensed and no way to report them.
