Dear Acasis Team,
Dear Acasis Team, I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent product and, above all, for the professional way in which you handled the entire process. The Acasis 40Gbps NVMe enclosure has finally arrived, and I am extremely pleased with it. The build quality, design and performance are excellent, and it is working perfectly with my Samsung 990 PRO 2TB NVMe SSD. I would especially like to thank your team for the willingness and professionalism shown when the replacement unit had to be sent. The fact that you arranged the re-shipment without unnecessary complications or resistance made a very positive impression on me. This kind of customer service is not something that should be taken for granted. The product itself also reflects a very high level of attention to detail. The presentation and packaging were excellent, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I am now using the enclosure as an external macOS startup disk on my 2020 Intel iMac, and it is performing flawlessly. The result has exceeded my expectations. Thank you once again to the entire Acasis team for the quality of the product and, especially, for the excellent customer service. It has been a pleasure dealing with your company. Kind regards, Carlos Márquez Valencia, Spain
