While the **support team is genuinely helpful and responsive**, the core product – the AI bot – simply **doesn't work well enough** to justify the **extremely high cost**. Customers like us are **struggling to meet critical funding company requirements** because the AI is unreliable and ineffective. Paying this much for a tool that hinders rather than helps us meet compliance is unacceptable. The price needs to reflect the actual value, or the AI needs a massive improvement.
