I play here a lot and for a long time
I play here a lot and for a long time. Always had good luck here and they have all the games I like to play. Good bonuses daily, coins back weekly and monthly. Customer service very responsive. Redemption use to quick, almost instant but that's not the case anymore. My last 2 redemptions I emailed them to see why it was taking more than 24 hours now? They responded saying I needed to go thru verication process, which I've been verified for prolly 1+ years and redeemed 10+ times ateast. But I did verify again, and it came a couple days later. The next week I redeemed, and they said my verification ran out and I had to do it all over again. So I don't know what they're deal is now but that's ridiculous. Really ticked me off, like they were calling me a liar after all the money Ive deposited since I played there, loyally. so woulve been a 5 but 3 it is now
