I had an issue with the design of the earlier version of the bed. The stitching for the surrounding donut ring was not well positioned and easily accessible to the puppies. They pulled all the stuffing out of the bed. I sent a description of what happened to the company and they immediately offered to replace the bed. I did not notify them with the intent of getting a replacement bed for free. A few months later the company contacted me and asked if I would accept another redesigned bed for my dog to try. That bed has improved construction and a full zipper around the donut for cleaning the bed. This new design appears to be stronger and the stitching is less readily available to puppies (who will chew on anything).
