Transactions automatically cancelled, purchase impossible
Tried to buy a roblox item (grow a garden candy blossom tree) twice through two different accounts and two different payment cards. The cards were charged but transactions were instantly cancelled. Support did not manage to explain anything. Money was promptly returned, but overall a total waste of time.
