Update: Filed a complaint with Paypal, After 30 days, the seller never responded to them. Paypal issued a refund. i also filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB (Better Business Bureau) Also,the address in the website's "contact us" form, doesn't exist. I would give a -10 star review if I could. After I ordered a replacement pump for my dogs' filtered water dish, the "seller" charged my card $2 more. After I sent an email asking to cancel my order, I got no response. Paid $9 for 3-5 day shipping.. here it is 15 days after I placed my order, I have no response from seller, no refund, no product. STEER CLEAR from this website!
