too many outage and no compensation. if you're a little late on payment, they send reminder about reconnect fee which is close to sgd200. they claimed to be the fastest isp in sg, true enough it's all lies. after contract ended quickly switch to another isp. $40 for 2gbps, now I'm on 10G for $29.90. now i have much more reliable internet connection. upon website termination of service, was informed on web someone will contact, 2 weeks in nobody contacted. googled their business address at bendemeer straight away return their ont. 2 months in, till now the over payment of bills haven't get refunded.
