Do not purchase from this company
Delayed Order, Misrepresented Shipping Status, and Refund Issues: I ordered a 30W fiber laser on June 8, 2026. I am keeping this review timeline-based because the dates are important to my experience. June 10: After receiving no meaningful proactive update, I contacted the company and was told the item would ship from China rather than from a U.S. warehouse as I had expected. The company did not clearly offer cancellation and instead told me to be patient and it would ship soon. June 10–14: During this period, I was told three different times that my order had shipped. On June 11, I was also told the company was trying to get the carrier to update the status, even though no meaningful tracking activity had occurred. June 12–14: With no activity, I canceled the order and told the company I would be contacting my bank and filing a dispute. On June 14, I was told we would discuss it on Monday once they were back in the office. Later that same day I was told that the order had already shipped and was offered $200, then $300, to continue with the purchase. I rejected those offers because I had already requested/demanded a canceled and wanted a refund. June 16–18: The company issued a refund on June 16, and that they were putting in an interception request with ups. it posted to my account on June 18. The refund came only after I reminded them that I had filed a dispute with my bank. At that point, the purchase contract had been terminated. June 17: Tracking showed the package did not actually ship until June 17, even though I had been told on June 11,12,14 and 15 that it had already shipped. This was a material misrepresentation of shipment status and made the refund process more difficult than it should have been. June 22: Despite the refund and the company’s statement that the package had been intercepted, it was delivered anyway while I was away from home. UPS left it at my front door without requiring a signature, despite the $1,499.00 value of the shipment, and UPS would not take it back as a refused package, as their records indicated there had not been an intercept request made. June 26: I was sent an email, stating I had signed for a package and that they were still willing do a 300 USD credit or pay to have it shipped back to them. After collecting information, seeking legal counsel and reporting this to the FTC. I learned I had no obligation to return the laser under 15 U.S.C. § 45; 39 U.S.C. § 3009. So I donated it to a local maker space connected to a school district. July 30: I received an email requesting a product review for Trustpilot.com. in which they offered me an extra 6 month warranty for a positive review. Best regards, The ComMarker Team” This kind of incentivizing of a review goes against this websites terms of service and company compliance policies. So more dishonest and deceptive practices. Based on this timeline, I believe the situation raises serious consumer-protection concerns, including under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 435; Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45; 39 U.S.C. § 3009 regarding unordered merchandise; and the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, C.R.S. § 6-1-105. My concerns include the mismatch between the stated and actual shipment status, refusal to honoring a timely cancellation, unclear fulfillment practices, delivery after the refund had already been issued, false claims that an intercept request had been made, and misrepresentation of whether the shipment required a signature. Final Review I would caution U.S. buyers to document everything, save emails, check tracking carefully, and remember that company return policies do not override applicable consumer-protection laws. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are prepared for delays, unclear shipping practices, resistance to cancellation, and potential refund issues.
