Failed shipping and customer services
I ordered one replacement part ($35.56) through expedited shipping ($35) and two parts through regular shipping ($14), at the same time because I need the item urgently. However the expedited item did not arrive on time as promised due to UPS mistakes. So I ask them for a refund for my $35 shipping costs, as they can simply claim with UPS, but their customer services refused to do so. Then out of blue, they cancelled my second order without any explanation. BTW, their items costs ~70% more than hydrafitnessexchange.com (same item costs $19.84). I chose them purely because of available expediated shipping.
