I have purchased an e-bike from this company. I received a voucher for 20 Euros for recommending them to a family member. With the 20 Euro voucher, I spent an additional 50 Euros on a display for the e-bike that had an app with it. When I recieved the display it was the same one as I had already on the e-bike and did not have an app ability. I have emailed them to ask about the app and got a response that said the display with the app doesn't work on my e-bike. I pointed out that they are advertising the display for my bike and there is nothing about it not working on my version. They offered me to keep the display and have 15 Euros (a refund or voucher wasn't stated). I rejected this offer and said I would be happy to return the item at their cost for a full refund. They have responded by asking for my details so I can send the item back minus deductions for logistics, inspection and refurbishment fees of €20. I have pictures of the item next to my original (which is different from the one being advertised and a picture of the advertisement on their web page). I would like a full refund, as I have stated to them, I do not require a spare display. Having to go through PayPal now
