could be improved
Disappointing that it took writing a 1 star review to get a real person's attention (the online chat AI took itself offline the moment I replied "no" to the question "was this heklpful?), and finally my tickets which had been in "processing" limbo for days. Now that I have my tickets, I can proceed with arranging the rest of my trip.
