I can't return my order
I have received a jewel (ring) that is far from what was advertised on the website. I have sent an email on July 12th to return the ring, which is unused, and be reimbursed accordingly. I haven't received any answer from the customer service despite my numerous emails. Pascal Design, will you take accountability and answer my emails ?? The order number is 5498179. I am really tired of waiting for an answer and have never been treated this bad by a customer service before.
