DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They shipped me baking storage containers that arrived in taped together boxes and were broken when I opened the box. I contacted them and was assured that a new order was being shipped. Over 6 weeks later and still no order received. As a side note, if you happen to pay with PayPal, skip emailing the company and file a dispute immediately or else PayPal will deny the claim. Lesson learned.
UPDATE: I am changing my review to 1 star. After trusting the company to do what they said and replace my broken canisters, as of 16 December I have received nothing. After multiple contacts, their website does not indicate a new shipment, and no tracking information has been received. Original: I ordered 2 sets of their airtight canisters and both sets arrived damaged. I emailed customer service and they immediately agreed to ship new containers. I am hoping the replacement sets do not take as long to get here as the original order, or I will miss Christmas. While shipping was lacking, customer service has been easy to deal with.
