These people are no better at the Visa application than you can do yourself. They made lots of mistakes and our application wasn't as robust as it needed to be. They sell on false claims of money back guarantee, and high success rate. Don't for for the BS find a good attorney in your area you can work with directly. Do your own research. Our boundless application was refused twice. Both times for insufficent infomation which I retrived from a FOIA request. Which lead to a second interview. Our consulate office had to change opinions three times and eventually sent our application back to USCIS for review and possible revocation. I requested my refund from Boundless here is they response. "Refund Request Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for the services provided.
