Automatically renews your subscription without notifying you before the charge. Then they have the audacity to say, "No REFUNDS" and "NO CREDIT" for the coming 11 months that we already charged you for. Thieves. Scammers. Unethical. I do not think what they are doing is legal in Texas. Here is what they emailed me. "Our product operates on a virtual subscription model, which becomes effective upon full payment by the customer. We regret to inform you that, in accordance with our current service policy, Fotor does not offer refunds for fees that have already been paid. For further details, please refer to Article 6.1.2 (Subscription) in our Terms of Service." Do not use their service!
