Have been using Music One for 9 months and I went all in and got the lifetime straight off the bat. The product is amazing allowing me to get my iTunes library in HiFi files onto my Sont Walkman DAP. I recently got two of their video products and have had a brilliant experience using these as well. I had a minor issue early on with my license (bought the wrong one) and their support team fixed this within 24 hours for me. Products are great Support is great. What more could you want?
