Stay away
Stay away, a long long way, from this online store!! I’ve never ever been so poorly treated. So I bought some clothes from them, that never arrived even though it said in the tracking that it did and that it got delivered to my address but it didn’t. I contacted them for a refund and at first they offered me a 30% refund that I refused and said I wanted 100%. They finally said they would give me the 100% refund and started a transaction to my account. That never came, I never got my refund. I’ve asked them numerous times via email and the answer with 3 different pre-written emails one different for each mail. I’ve even asked other questions so that they would have to answer with another email that wasn’t of this 3 pre-written ones. But still the same different. I’ve even hired a lawyer to help me and he also wrote an email and got the same answer even though he hadn’t been doing any shopping at this fraud of a store. I’ve reported them to numerous of attertys and even told them but even then I got the pre-written ones. Stay far far away and do not do any purchases at that site!!! You’ll get scammed from here to the moon!
