refuse to delete my account
I’ve reached out to Four Percent several times asking for my account to be deleted because I no longer need it and the service just isn’t right for me. Yet, every time I’ve contacted support, I’ve been completely ignored. This is incredibly frustrating. It shouldn’t be so difficult to delete an account. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing support for something so simple. If anyone from support actually sees this, I demand that the account should be deleted immediately
