Customer Service is the worst
I have had the same experience as other people have had with Customer Service My pet passed away and I did not need the camera or the temperature control and have reached out several times and I have not heard anything except an automated email every time you call the telephone number for Customer Service. No one is available. I’ll leave a message and no one calls me back.
