Still no resolution after over a month! (SOLVED)
I ordered a SUP pump from Banggood and the product description was misleading—it implied the pump was battery-powered, but it only works via car cigarette lighter. On top of that, the item arrived scratched. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service for over a month, and they still haven't offered a fair solution. Totally unacceptable. I do not recommend ordering from them! Update: After many exchanges of letters, the problem was resolved and I am satisfied. :)
