Reschedule is easy and clear
I need to reschedule my flights a lot as my business trip schedule is somewhat unpredictable, and their reschedule feature has been very useful. It's easy & clear. I found non-hotel options are still limited for Australia, but they have a wide-range of accommodation options in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
