Unreliable Service – No Resolution Despite Months of Waiting
I joined Aviano with the expectation of professional support, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Since August, my account has had a severe and ongoing follower drop. I’ve contacted their team many times and the replies are always the same: “you’re in the queue,” “we’ve escalated this every 6 hours,” or vague apologies. Yet, after over two months, nothing has been resolved and my follower count keeps dropping. This issue has directly affected my growth and collaborations with brands. Even escalating to the founder brought no clear action or explanation. The service has not delivered what was promised, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting this company.
