I placed an order but didn’t receive a key code—just a text. You can’t even contact support until 48 hours have passed, and when you do, they’re not helpful at all since they apparently have no insight into the case. If your order goes wrong and you end up with an unreliable seller, you're basically out of luck. Shady sellers seem to know there's little customer protection here. I’ll definitely avoid G2G in the future and use other key sellers instead. UPDATE: It took more than a week but then finally G2G solved the problem and refunded my order.
