I was hesitant to buy this (because it was a significant investment for me), but I'm incredibly satisfied! I contacted Ronzeil's customer service before purchasing and found them to be very helpful. They proactively asked about my dog's size and provided some tips for a dog using a treadmill for the first time, which was very helpful. However, the assembly process was a bit difficult (and took quite a while). My American bulldog, Brutus, is very energetic, and I was worried he might resist using it the first time. But to my delight, he quickly took to it and loves it! If you have an energetic dog, don't hesitate; this is definitely a great investment!
