Frustrating customer service
The clothes I ordered were nice but the proportions just weren't right. I contacted customer support to organise a return or exchange and we went back and forth for WEEKS because they never really gave me an answer or solution of what my return/exchange options were. They just kept saying 'we offer 30 day hassle free returns' like they do in all replies to their negative feedback. In the end they offered me 30% refund to keep the items. Don't order unless you're happy with keeping all the items you ordered or with paying a huge shipping fee to return/exchange them
