One star ist not the correct category for this scam company. Unfortunately I realized too late that on the same date as my own order, other unfortunate customers had the same experience to have paid over AUD 80 for an external harddrive, only to receive a flimsy make-believe device that is completely useless and has no resemblance to what was advertised. On contacting the company it turned out that they have no return policy, even for faulty products. Now admittedly, this is not a faulty, normally functioning product but a non-device and a scam in the first place. After a heavy back and forth exchange with them, they offered a maximum of 35% return, starting off with offering 15%. So everyone who has placed an order can work out how much they made on your gullibility. Time to take these guys off the net altogether!
