I ordered two multicolor floor lamps
I ordered two multicolor floor lamps. After 3 weeks of shipping, wich was already really bad I finally got the lamps. The first one didn't tun on at all. This is not an app issue or something, when I press the on/off button nothing happens, not glowing at all. The second one was working but after like 20 minutes it also just broke. Edit: Support answered very nicely and offered me a replacement.
