Lack of communication
Wanted to sell my WoW account, started the chat on the site and spoke with two different people from their 'team'...Still waiting to get an answer to simple yes or no question after hours..tried on another browser as a buyer...they jumped so fast. At least have a spine and don't keep people waiting.
