Decent product, poor customer service
So I had been researching the F38 Quick Release (for camera), decided to pull the trigger by buying several units for myself and my professional photographer friends. The units shipped were the old Version 1 units even though I ordered the newer V2 model. Gifted them only to realize later the difference. I then wrote to Ulanzi's customer support to see if an exchange was possible - they asked for proof of purchase, pictures of packaging and the shebang, tried to say I ordered wrongly to no avail when I show them my receipt, backpaddled by offering me $10 coupon which I rejected citing I should be getting what I paid for. In the end, they've since ghosted me to avoid any responsibility. Hence, it'd say they make fairly decent products and its CS could surely use a few bump ups.
