From delivery to sizing; very disappointing
From delivery to sizing this was a terrible experience. The delivery company they use is sketchy at best, delivered to the wrong place, used a mailbox despite not being US postal service and were slow to respond to the issue. Once I actually found the clothing they were all MUCH smaller than advertised, though they are marked as the size I ordered. I ordinarily wear an XL. They recommend ordering 2 sizes larger. Being as they are linen and linen blends I decided to play it safe and ordered 3 sizes larger - 4XL. I ordered a pants and top combination, a shorts and top combination and another top .The waist on the pants and shorts were the only thing that fit. The shoulders and chest of every top was, at most, the equivalent to a Large size in the US. The length of everything except the shorts was too short by a large margin. On their website they say that the length of pants should be 105.5cm. The outseam was 96cm, the inseam was about 85cm. These were not supposed to be capris style, but full length. I've put in a complaint and have yet to hear back from them. I don't have high expectations of then making this right.
